Delivering your coffee

When will my coffee get to me?

We roast our coffees in small batches to make sure you get the best tasting coffee delivered to your door. Orders placed before 10am (Mon-Fri) are packed and dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 10am will be dispatched the next working day.

  • *New* Delivery to the UK: Royal Mail tracked 24hr will aim to deliver your coffee within 1 working day
  • *New* Delivery to the UK: Royal Mail tracked 48hr will aim to deliver your coffee within 2 working days

Delivering to Europe: Royal Mail will aim to deliver your coffee within 3 – 4 working days. (Applies to Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Sweden, Austria & Luxembourg.)

Delivering worldwide: Royal Mail will aim to deliver your coffee within 6 – 7 working days

Need it tomorrow? Order before 10am and DPD Local Next Day will aim to deliver your coffee before close of business the following working day.

What are your delivery charges?

  • *New* Royal Mail Tracked 24hr 0-2kg: £5.50
  • *New* Royal Mail Tracked 48hr 0-2kg: £3.99
  • DPD Local Next Day (For orders placed before 10am) – up to 3kg: £8.00
  • Spend over £100 on coffee and receive free delivery within the UK

Can you ship it?

Customs have strict importing regulations which are outside our control, and have caused problems when trying to ship our coffee to customers in countries including Russia, Qatar, Mexico, some countries in Africa and the Middle East. For the full list of countries we cannot currently ship to, please contact us.

What are your international delivery charges?

*NEW* If you are sending coffee to any European country, you will be charged £16.00 for delivery.

If you are sending coffee to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, or the rest of the world, you will be charged £16.00 for delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We gladly accept unopened and unused product within 30 days of the invoice date for a full exchange of the merchandise value, refunded in the original form of payment less appropriate adjustments for shipping and handling. To start a return, please pack the products you’d like returned, include a copy of the pick slip included with your order, seal your box securely and send your package to

Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept COD. We recommend you insure and track the package with the shipping carrier of your choice.  If your online order is defective or missing, please contact us and include your order number and the list of missing/defective items.
